We want you to love your Freckled Poppy finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items and drop them off at any authorized shipping location within 3 business days of generating your label.
Receive Store Credit
After our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an email with your Freckled Poppy store credit code to use on your next boutique haul.
